Adriana Devicenzi - Business Manager
An integral member of the development team, Adriana advises on feasibility studies, manages the company’s financial structuring, monitors cash forecasts and directs the accounts and administrations departments.
Adriana joined Lindsay Bennelong at its inception. She had been providing advisory financial support to Peter Campbell since the sale of CPG Australia in 2004. Prior to this, Adriana gained valuable insight into the intricacies of property development while managing the development and leasing of the Your Home Centre in Castle Hill, a $12 million project which delivered 6900m² of retail and showroom space, leased to multiple tenants.
Adriana developed her expertise in fiscal management and knowledge of the residential development industry as Accounts Manager for Domaine Homes, a role she held for ten years.
