David Flanagan - Development Director
David directs site acquisition, project structuring and marketing for Lindsay Bennelong. A registered Property Valuer, David undertakes site assessments, feasibility studies and market analyses. His experience in joint venture partnerships is an asset to the team.
David joined Lindsay Bennelong at its inception in 2006, having previously worked with Peter Campbell at CPG Developments, the medium density division of CPG Australia. He was instrumental in CPG’s acquisition of the last remaining major development site in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, the former Advanx tyre and rubber factory at Rushcutters Bay, which Lindsay Bennelong is now developing as Advanx.
David’s expertise in development management and project marketing has been acquired through his involvement with award-winning residential and mixed-use developments, including Abbotsford Cove, Kooindah Waters Residential Golf Resort, 8 Hickson Road, The Rocks and Phillips Landing.
David is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
