Jeremy Bryden - Development Director
Jeremy directs the project planning and approvals process, manages the design and construction team and controls the overall construction delivery for each of Lindsay Bennelong’s developments. A firm believer in the need for functionality in building design, Jeremy leads a dedicated team of in-house senior project managers to conceptualise and deliver each project.
Specialising in mixed-use and luxury residential developments, Jeremy guides the Advanx and Q-Central development teams and oversees construction delivery of the commercial/industrial project, Gore Hill.
Jeremy has been influential in the successful development of major residential sub-divisions, high rise apartment complexes and residential estates, including the $350 million Kooindah Waters Residential Golf Estate and the six star residential tower at 8 Hickson Road, The Rocks. Earlier in his career Jeremy was involved in building Chifley Tower, Greenwood Plaza/Optus Tower, Carrington House and managed the construction of more than 40 prestige homes and low-rise apartment buildings across Sydney.
Jeremy left a senior management position with Mirvac to join Lindsay Bennelong in 2007. He has a Degree in Applied Science majoring in Construction Management and is a Member of the Green Building Council of Australia.
