Project Accountant
Kim manages the accounts for Lindsay Bennelong’s project and joint ventures divisions.
A highly motivated accountant, Kim is exceptionally well organised – a necessary skill when working for several different companies simultaneously.
Kim is responsible for the sound financial management of Norwest Quay, a commercial development in Northmead and several major projects for North Western Estates. These include significant land holdings and sub-divisions in Kellyville, Castle Hill and Orange in regional NSW.
Kim joined the Clarendon Group in the late 1990s and over the course of the next ten years held accounting and auditor roles with her main achievement being Accounting Manager for Bellevale Homes, its successful house and land division. She later joined CPG Estates, the land acquisition division of CPG Australia as project accountant.
Kim shares a passion for horse racing and breeding with Peter Campbell and holds the position of Bloodstock Manager for Bennelong Bloodstock.
