Leigh Manser – Assistant Development Manager
Leigh provides integral assistance to the senior team members involved with the Rushcutters Bay developments and Q-Central.
His role sees him frequently on site, participating in site inspections, design meetings and liaising with builders. Behind the scenes Leigh contributes to the preparation of development applications for councils, tenders, feasibility reports and a cost analysis for each project.
Leigh has been involved in the site acquisition and design phase of the Suttons’ site redevelopment at Rushcutters Bay from day one, developing his expertise in the area of mixed-use and residential developments.
Leigh was previously employed as a Sales Estimator for Clarendon Homes, a position he held for five years prior to joining Lindsay Bennelong in July 2007.
Leigh has a Diploma in Building and a Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
