Stephen ensures that construction at Advanx Rushcutters Bay is of the highest quality, fulfilling the role of Superintendent for the development and overseeing quality control, cost management, value engineering and OH&S on behalf of the Lindsay Bennelong team.
Specialising in reviewing build ability issues Stephen brings a depth of construction experience to the team He has a demonstrated ability to provide innovative solutions to the challenges that arise during large scale construction projects.
Stephen has completed a diverse range of commercial and residential developments with end values from $50 million to $350 million. He was the superintendent at Kooindah Waters Residential Golf and Spa Resort from conception to completion. This UDIA award-winning development transformed a wasteland to a luxury resort, with an 18 hole golf course and 252 homes on completion.
As a Gold Licensed Builder and a Member of the Master Builders Association, Stephen is a highly skilled and valued member of the team.
