Simeon McGovern – Senior Development Manager
Simeon manages the planning, delivery and marketing of commercial and industrial developments for Lindsay Bennelong. He leads the $400 million Gore Hill development team and is responsible for an $80 million industrial and commercial project in Sydney’s inner west.
Simeon joined Lindsay Bennelong in May 2007, bringing expertise in managing office industrial and commercial developments gained during 7 years with one of Australia’s leading strata industrial development companies. He has been instrumental in the successful delivery of Northlight at Chatswood, Quantum Corporate Park in Auburn & Rydalmere and the retirement resort Pepperfield at Bowral. While with Mirvac, Simeon established its Industrial Strata division.
With a special interest in strata industrial, Simeon leads the team to push the boundaries of design. He incorporates a creative approach, keen to revolutionise the current industry standard product and set a new precedent for strata industrial product.
