The Suttons Site was acquired by LBD in June 2008.
Following the purchase, a Development Application was lodged with the Sydney City Council in November 2008. It is anticipated that approval will be received in mid 2009.
The primary development aims for the site are to maximise the opportunity presented by the high level of visibility and the extensive passing traffic. Its position on New South Head Road offers exceptional exposure to a highly sought-after socio-economic demographic and excellent transport links for both residential and commercial users.
The development plans incorporate premium retail, commercial and residential components and there will be security basement parking for 189 cars.
The Suttons Site, is a prime location adjacent to high-profile ADVANX project (currently under construction) and when combined the two developments will reengineer this high quality inner-city precinct, creating a new destination of regional significance.
