The successful Central Coast commercial precinct, Tuggerah Business Park, is the location for Park Central, another of Lindsay Bennelong Developments' major commercial developments.

Two, three storey commercial buildings are under construction. The design imperative for these buildings is to provide work spaces that meet the growing commercial needs of the burgeoning Central Coast. Park Central will be constructed in two stages, the first to be complete in late 2008.
